HELP WITH LEADS AUTOMATION

Hello how are you? I'm having difficulties creating an automation in a way that converts the lead that came through X form to business in a certain funnel, can someone help me? I tried the support but the chat is not working

    It would depend on what tool you are using to send leads to Pipedrive. If you have control over this, you can directly add them to the Deals pipeline. You will find a link in my profile to book a call if you’d like to jump on a call.
