Hey team Pipedrive. I'm sure i'm not the only one that has in-bound online bookings as the first step in my pipeline.
With all of pipedrive's other great features, why does this important entry to the pipe, seem to be so neglected?
Please give me an early Christmas present and tell me this on the development roadmap for early 2022?

Same here, instead of focussing on the Leads functionality it would be much more helpful for Pipedrive to understand that for may companies leads start in the first stage of the pipeline. besides that Pipedrive is a great tool.0
