Feature requests for new Delay beta in Workflow Automations

Hi,

Re the new Delay beta in Workflow automations, I have a feature request please...

1. Delay until condition is met, not just time based delays. Eg delay until Activity Status has changed to Done.
2. Even better would be the ability to combine, eg Delay until condition is met, or x amount of time has passed, whichever comes first.

Those would both be super useful I think.
