Email tracking integration

It's frustrating that only emails sent from the Pipedrive inbox can be tracked.
Other CRMs (eg HubSpot) allow users to write emails in GMail and still get tracking information. This is particularly useful given Pipedrive's inability to sync and facilitate email folders.
This would be a welcomed improvement please...

Hi @Mark Toone , and thank you for your suggestion, I can see how it would be handy to track emails from outside Pipedrive and have that data cross-reference into the CRM. I've forwarded your feedback to the team so they can consider it.
In the meantime, I suggest you check out our Pipedrive Gmail add-on, which allows you to maintain your work focused on your Gmail inbox while still seeing data from Pipedrive and updating it without having to change tabs. 💪

Tracking emails is NOT working at all in my system. How do I fix this? I'm about to bail and move to HubSpot because this is an important feature and it is not functional. I have track opens turned on. What else should I do? It used to work.
