Post pictures with activities

It would be great to be able to add pictures whenever an activity is completed. This way other members/supervisors can see what the activity looked like and what was going on (eg. events, social media mentions) 

It also helps handovers between co-workers. This would especially be helpful if it could be done with smartphone instead of only the desktop version.
