It would be great if emails could include the ability to request the recipient to complete further data not yet captured by the Pipedrive user. For example if you are using merge fields in a template and there is some data missing which you need to complete a quote/invoice. You can still use those merge fields in the template and the custom field type will allow the recipient to complete it. So a dropdown will be a dropdown in the email, the recipient completes with the options.
