    I have been waiting for months and in our processes it is of vital importance to save processes and avoid forgetfulness.

    I am using the beta version and I find a point of improvement.

    It would be nice if the emails that are scheduled appear in the outbox and are therefore visible in the contact's profile.

    This would have the following advantages

    1- To have a record of a scheduled task in the contact's view.

    2- the possibility of cancelling the email or changing the date it was sent.

    If no information appears on the scheduled e-mail, it is possible to duplicate e-mails or make inconsistent communications.

    It should work in the same way as scheduling e-mails.

    Hello,  please note my suggestion:

     

    A) There is currently a 'Fix Time' to send with the Delay - would you be able to create another option for 'Random' sending time - 'Between' 12:00 AM to 12: PM' for instance.  This can be very important for ensuring a segmented approach to the automation.  So if I want to target my 'Hot' leads - can ensure 'automation' goes out early in the morning between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM.  And if I want to simply engage automation to request recommendations from non-decision makers - a non priority activity as you start the day. I can set automation between 11:00 AM and 13:00 PM and ensure the emails go out at random times.

    B) Can you also for instance create a 30 second gap between each email task executed - and cap it with about 60 or so emails per hour - so the SMTP is kept clean and does not come across as spam. 

     

    I am using an automation LinkedIn that do exactly the above.  But with social media we are not using SMTP servers - naturally you do not wish your automation, something that is meant to help - become an issue.

    Hey! Associated to your profile email I could only find the Big Frog Franchise Group. I enabled the feature to that account. Is there another company you want me to enable the feature on?
