Workflow automation

Looking for the functionality that'd allow emailing a deal contact automatically as the deal moves to a different stage of the funnel. Each stage would need a different email template.

I am also looking to automate deals to move-on to the next stage if the deal has been sitting in its current stage for more than a defined number of days.

    First one is doable using Pipedrive automation.

    The second one would need Zapier.

    This would be an effective workaround but rather inefficient, considering that I could do both using dedicated tools such as Lemlist or Klenty. Although I see those as a massive overkill for my rather simple needs.

    However, using these tools rather than PD workflow automation + zapier would allow me to downgrade to PD basic subscription and save Zapier.

    I'm interested to see if I can find a solution using PD only.
