This is still really unfortunate. My company has 4 different brands and it's overwhelmingly complicated to have to change Pipedrive and share those accounts or not be able to fully use Pipedrive's features because someone is limited to Web applications.
I know you guys love charging for features. I would seriously pay for additional shared mailboxes and/or aliases.
Just so I don't have to keep switching. Salesmate already has this integrated and doesn't even charge more for it. The recent campaign add-on is nice but aliases are so much more essential.

Hi @Alisha Purcell , the community now has the ability to send product feedback to our development team. I suggest placing the multiple emails and aliases feedback there, as that increases the likelihood it will be picked up for development sooner. Or if you find that another user has submitted the same request before, you can upvote it instead for higher visibility.

We use missiveapp.com. can't wait no more for the feature. Even pipedrive use is.

Reposting this, as the issue continues to be a HUGE gap in PD, but a no-brainer that is solved in many other CRMs and sales tools like Intercom, Hubspot, and Lemlist just to name a few. In discussions with other founders about CRMs, most are dumbfounded that PD does not support a domain alias for 1:1 emails.
What is the holdup Pipedrive, and why does this not seem to be an important issue to address?
I posted a poll asking about this topic several months ago:
86% of respondents said Yes, with 57% of respondents stating they "really need" this capability.
Not being able to send emails from our customer facing brand domain (which is an alias) means our team is working in Gmail, which detaches Pipedrive from our marketing and sales stack, rather than keeping it in sync with our selling and CRM processes.
Hubspot does support this - https://knowledge.hubspot.com/email/add-an-email-alias#:~:text=You can connect more than,a user's existing email account.

@Andrew Klotz 1+ vote for this functionality! 2 years now, since it was first raised as a problem, and PD stating that they would focus on it.. hmm.
@Mike van der Valk what is the status, progress, challenges etc. with this one?

Looks like there are some updates about email aliases, inbox sharing, and more in the recent 2023 Roadmap presentation. 🤞it arrives soon.

So excited to see multiple email accounts and aliases on the horizon. Would love to beta test too. For anyone needing immediate relief on multiple email account workflows, if you use Missive mail client, it's at least somewhat easier to manually attach emails from any account to the right deal. Just to add here, we're also in extreme need of Aliases. It doesn't make sense to create several gsuits for every public-facing domain, when it's possible to create an alias within just one gsuit account. Why PD can't support it is beyond my understanding. Spoke with customer support just now and they said the feature might take till the end of the year to develop, which is too long! Please give priority to aliases, people have been waiting for 2-3 years to get them!

Been paying for Pipedrive for years but barely use it because it doesn't support aliases. It's a serious omission that renders an otherwise brilliant bit of software either useless or outrageously expensive.
