User Support needed. Attach DEAL-files to Emails

Files can be uploaded to a DEAL. Then we want to email the contact and attach files that are ALREADY in the DEAL. But the "attach" button opens explorer to files on PC HARD DRIVE. 

HOW DO I ATTACH FILES THAT ARE ALREADY UPLOADED TO EMAIL

If this feature is not yet implemented, please consider doing this Our previous antiquated CRM could do this, so pipedrive should should also be capable of this.
