Leads to be fed from a webform.

Love the new leads feature, although it would be great if the webform could feed leads rather than deals. This would make this feature a lot more useful. The Webform only being able to feed deals has been a problem for us as not all webforms entries require a deal, they only need a lead or even a contact to be added to the database for email subscription purposes. Thank you!

Great - thanks Ines.  Do you have an approximate timeframe to get this to Production or early preview?   This would be a key feature for Leads in Pipedrive!

@Jean-Philippe Lavallée At least still some weeks to go, but we will make sure to let our users know when it's out. We understand how this is an important part of Leads and that's why we're revamping to make them work together.

This is also a feature that we are looking for for some clients. Just the webform which supports the opt-in for a news letter and in which you can directly label a record like this. Pretty curious when this would be possible.

Hi @Jon Rijlaarsdam , thank you for your feedback! Webforms will for sure feed data into the Leads Inbox feature - we're working on it and it's just a matter of time.

I see you're specifically interested in a type of webform that feeds a mailing list, so I suggest you check out our email marketing capacity Mailigen and create a free trial account with them right here. @Janis Geranins and @Gints Branks can help you with any questions you may have.

Expect news about Mailigen and Pipedrive working seamlessly together in the coming months. 😉

@Inês Batata we already have an intergation with Pipedrive to our email provider, so just want a simple form that adds to Pipedrive contacts so we can sync them and keep Pipedrive as our CRM source of truth.

@Rebecca Sanders It's coming: webforms will feed into leads and not necessarily just into deals, we're working on it right now. Stay tuned!

Hi @Rebecca Sanders , thank you for your interest!

We're currently working on this and expect to be at least during the month of July, after which some initial beta testing will happen. We often "recruit" for beta testers here in the Community, so join this channel to know if/when it's happening and to apply.

Only after that there will be a feature release (we're aiming towards September if all goes to plan), and we'll make sure to announce it here and in our other usual communication vessels.

Thanks for asking about this @Rebecca Sanders. This is exactly what I came here looking for as well. We have been using the Pipedrive WebForm and Pipeline CRM services for our small landscaping business and it can get very cluttered with new leads coming in from the form, making it difficult to effectively use our CRM Pipeline to manage current and upcoming projects. Ideally, the webform will feed directly into a customer's contact file and then from there, we can use the automation features to send them our introduction e-mail, determine if they are a solid lead or not, and establish a plan and deadline for their project before it ever gets created as a deal. Otherwise, the webform and automation features so far aren't actually helping with our productivity much, since we are still having to comb through all the newly created deals to find what we are looking for and to pinpoint the best leads from all the rest.

Please do keep the awesome features coming Pipedrive! We love you.

Hi @Charlotte Dreamscapes , thank you for your feedback!

Wanted to give you a quick update to let you know that we're rolling our our revamped New Webforms, which generate Leads instead of Deals. Thought you'd like to know this too @Rebecca Sanders 😉

Learn how to use them here: Web Forms (BETA).

Is it possible to create a new company and multiple contacts with a single form? We are in B2B and I would like to setup a self-service form for new clients to collect all data at once, like the legal entity (name, address, etc) and multiple contacts (legal, operations, IT, billing) with name, phone and email.

@Michael Bingel If you create those fields as custom fields within the organization, then it should be possible.

Unfortunately at the moment it's not possible to use the same fields more than once (for example, ask for a person's email more than once) but I'll make sure to send that suggestion to our team for consideration in future developments. Thank you for your input!

AWESOME! As we get things flowing in this new normal, we have implemented so many changes to the website and business. Can't wait to get this one implemented with our contact us page and test things out! Good job Pipedrive Team! You guys rock!
