Update on Tags
Just wondering if there is an update on adding a tag feature to Pipedrive? Currently considering shifting from an old CRM service here, but the lack of tags is somewhat startling. I have read other posts and know about the multi choice option, but as many users before me have said, it is a work around and not a realy solution.
I mean, the community service here somewhat has a tagging system, closer to what people are after. So surely it would be easy enough to implement into Pipedrive?

Hi @Thomas Dimmick do you mean something like labels, as seen here? You can add those to deals, people and organizations:

No looking specically for tags, so that I can list a customer in multiple categories. If we could add multiple labels to a customer that would be helpful?

@Manuel_71066 Hi! The problem is that new added options get overwritten. I guess it's a bug, since manually that doesn't happen
