Email broken

I really like Pipedrive but the email sync seems to be completely broken. I just sent an email from Pipedrive and it disappeared from within Pipedrive. It is nowhere to be found in sent items. However, if I go into my Gmail account there it is. 

Also, I am getting tired of emails and contacts not syncing over as they should. Every week or two I have to disconnect my account and reconnect it in order for sync to work again.

    Yea I'm having similar issues and their support is absolute garbage. Have you found any alternative platforms outside of pipedrive? I'm ready to leave.

  • We had the same problem. In Firmao, which we use now, there are no such problems, everything works flawlessly.
