Asking for Advice + HTML Emails + Automated Workflow
Hello,
In my company we have the Workflow Automation to send emails to all our new customers, but our current templates are simply plain text and not very attractive.
We want to improve the design of our emails and increase the feedback we are getting. Is there any Pipedrive tool to create HTML emails that we can use as a template for our workflow automations? Or any other solution?

Did you take a look at some email marketing solution.
Like Sendinblue or mailerlite ?
Otherwise, you can create workflow using external solution like Integromat / Make
For my case, I use them, and I'm also an expert partner with them.

Thanks for your answer.
Our intention is not adding an external service, just some solution to edit the html in the emails straight on pipedrive. The workflow we already have and is working, so we just want to be able to work on the HTML of the emails directly in Pipedrive.
Would any of the tools you are refering to, like sendinblue, be able to do that?
