SmartDocs add Form

Hi,

With SmartDocs it is now possible to create a document, presentation and spreadsheet. It would be very helpfull to have the option to create a form that can be filled out for every customer (for them instead of by them).

    Hi @Alex Stueber,

    Thank you for your reaction. We have a intake process through phone with our customers where we ask for specific information. We then want to collect this information in a central point. That is why I thought of SmartDocs form in which the same set of questions can be filled out for each customer and saved in a way that the data can be retrieved later. If you know of a method that could also solve this issue, I'm of course open to it.

    I hope that my explanation clarifies the reason for filling out the customer's form.
