It would be amazing we there was a tab/page in Pipedrive where we can put general files, not connected to any deal/lead. For example, right now in our company we specified the processes in Pipedrive and want to document it and make it available to all users. The best way would be to have everything stored in one place - like in our internal knowledge base. It could be a page which we could fill with text/images, or a storage place for files or even a board where we collect links to our manuals/ important files for each team.
