SmartDocs Product Duration Field

For SmartDocs you can specify the duration and then if it's hours, days, weeks, months, and years. This is awesome, but one thing I've found that could be improved on is with the field you add for it to show up in the SmartDocs leaves out if the duration is for days, weeks, months, etc. 

The only current workaround I've come across is adding days, weeks manually before creating the document. If this could be applied automatically that would be super beneficial.
