MailChimp email to only filtered set of Pipedrive contacts

Hi all,

Is there a way to setup the contact export out of Pipedrive based on a filter to set tags in MailChimp?  The aim is to create a new MailChimp mail out with the email lists provided from the CRM as the authoritive list each time.

Im only running the free version of MailChimp, however with the Pipedrive integration.

Once I do the Export to MailChimp it works fine.  I cant however select the same filtered set within MailChimp to then only include these in the campaign.  Export and import CSV was the only slow method I could find to create and set a new tag at the time of import.

Any tips?

Hi @Kent Plummer !

Our native integration with MailChimp only sends the name and the email address of the contacts that you filtered in Pipedrive into MailChimp, not any other fields. What you can do is create a separate segment in MailChimp that you use to identify the contacts that were brought in from Pipedrive. 

Or use Zapier, like @Boris Tsibelman suggested. Check out this automation example tutorial we created: Zapier: Sending Pipedrive contacts to Mailchimp subscribers.
