Search inside deals

My larger deals many time take months to over 1 year to close. In that time there is many conversations, meetings, quotation revisions, etc. It would be nice to be able to search within deals for notes, files, activities, etc.

Thank you for your suggestion @Brandon Wood

I remember another user mentioning a similar thing yesterday and I can see how it would be handy and a time-saver. we've made sure this feedback reaches the team in charge for consideration.

Yes, especially searching WITHING FILES would be great as this contains further details of a contact in our scenario (currently we search this in google drive) but therefore need to switch. Would be great in general, to make everything searchable in PD :)

Yes, searching in files would be terrific. I use G Suite but don't really use Google Drive (except for Pipedrive) as I prefer Dropbox. I tried Google Drive but it seems more of my customers already use and had Dropbox accounts, I have a love / hate relationship with Google, and Dropbox works better with different file types.

@Inês Batata - can I raise this again?

Searching within notes would make a lot of users very happy. Its frustrating at the moment. We can run a top level search on a keyword which will direct us to a deal. But then no way of actually finding the occurrence of that keyword within the deal.

We then have to try and find that word manually through dozens of lengthy notes and emails within that deal. Just highlighting the keyword and offering a FWD/BACK would solve this (e.g. like a PDF). If I have resorted to extracting all notes into CSV sometimes just to find what I'm I'm looking for.

    Thanks.
