Using iOS Spark all for mail instead of Mail (default client)

Hello,

on my iPhone I use Spark and not Mail. When I try to reply to an email from Pipedrive, PD asks me to reinstall Mail. I have asked PD support and they told me that I have to set Spark as default email client, which I did, but I still have the same problem. Did anyone manage to use an email client other than Apple Mail in iOS?
