How to set up UTM link feature for automated emails?

Hi Pipedrive team/community

I was exploring options on how to send automated emails using a template triggered with some action that would have some deal parameters pushed as a part of UTM in the link? Using this it could be registered in external form using a hidden field and it would reduce the strain of person filling it up plus give chance for merging outcomes with the specific deal. 

Is there any option/suggestion how to achieve this?
