Automation trigger - new email received

Hi!

I have a problem with finding a trigger for automation.

What I want is to automatically create an Activity if an email is linked to a Deal. So any new email received by the Deal triggers a new Activity - it is a special case just for one Deal and I cannot find a solution.

    Hi Marcelina - 

    It looks like you're trying to set up a lot of automations and integrations, which is fantastic! Pipedrive's workflow automation is getting better, but is still a bit clunky. Zapier is an automation tool which will give you a lot more capacity and control over automations and integrations (e.g. connecting your webforms as well).

    I am thinking of the solution out loud, one that you can easily implement with Make/Integromat.

    Trigger: New Email in your Inbox

    Action(s):

    1. Find a person with this email.
    2. Find an open deal for this person.
    3. Create an activity for the deal and the person.
