Bad Numbers?

When I'm dialing a new lead and the call disconnects without actually hearing a ring (4 to 15 seconds of an attempted call with no sound), does that mean that the number isn't good?

    There's no way to tell.

    But you can quickly check the number on TrueCaller to see if there's an issue with the number.
