Projects in Pipedrive
Is there a way that I can mark a deal as won, without losing it from my deal screen... Im using Pipedrive to track projects from sales through to completed deliveries on site

Hi Owen!
What we like to do is set up a filter like Kreete said, do show all the deals OR make an automation that duplicates that deal into another Pipeline like "Projects" or "Additional sales".

also you can keep it open but move it to a different pipeline if needed

It sounds like what you might want to do is create an automation that duplicates the deal when it as marked as won. Move that duplicated deal to a second “projects” or “fulfillment” pipeline. Likely with different stages specific to projects/fulfillment. may be a good idea to also have a value in one of your custom deal details fields that distinguishes it as an after sale type deal. Your other option would be to create and use activities for fulfillment rather than the deal and second pipeline.

The main reason I was wanting to seperate "Won" and "Completed" projects was to gain a real perspective for our analytics, so moving them through to another pipeline may well be the solution.
Appreciate the awesome help. Im going to give the Beta Project test a whirl and will see if that is the answer.

I would love to get access to this. I am looking at alternatives to Asana right now & this could be super helpful. I use PSO hub to log hours, track budgets & cut invoices. Any way to get this system connected so I could see my budget for each project?
