Hey team,

It would be cool if there is a feature that when you add a contact you just make a photo of the business card or a screenshot of the email signature and it automatically will be saved as a contact in pipedrive

    Hi, Peter!

I heard that some company is working on creating software for this which should be integrated with Pipedrive and other CRMS. Try googling a bit, since I am not sure what the company name was anymore.

    Hi Peter!

It seems that Business Card Reader integration on our Marketplace is similar to what you are looking for. I hope you can check it out and see if it is also useful for you.

I just started wtih pipedrive and actually find it odd that they dont have this natively since they are already doing OCR in the notes section. Its a smidge disappointing.

Hi @Kreete K! Is this thread appropriate as a feature request for a native business card reader similar to pipedrive's official android functionality? Really a shame it's only available on androids.

Hi @Nikolai Sokolov , this feature is already provided either via the marketplace app or natively to Android users.

The more specific a feedback is, the more visible and actionable it is to our product team and other users, so if you mean a native iOS business card reader I recommend submitting a separate new feedback post (or upvoting an existing one).

my bad @Manuel Oliveira . I was speaking about a native feature in the mobile app, yes. Android version has a business card reader, but the iOS version does not. I meant the same feature in iOS version as in Android one.

Couldn't find a specific thread on this, hence the question here - that's the closest I got to finding a thread about business card scanner feature request.

The app on the app store works. It really struggles to get the correct content in the correct field. But it works very poorly, is very slow, and very expensive. You are charged based on a scale of cards you scan. Which wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't such a bad app. We are evaluating PipeDrive vs Hubspot and this is a glaring difference.
