Automation Emails Not Triggering

Hello,

I use email automations for when a card is moved to a particular stage. 

For the past couple of weeks, all of the email automations for when cards are dragged to a particular stage either do not work at all or are significantly delayed for no reason that is set up within the automation.

Can you please advise on some reasons why this delay could occur?

    Hi @Brittni Winkler  - I can't help as to why this occurs as only someone internal to Pipedrive would be able to do that. However, using a tool such as Zapier for automation instead of Pipedrive's native Workflow automation would give you more reliability and visibility into triggers, actions, and errors.

    It is difficult to say right now why this happens, but our official Support is able to investigate further based on specific Workflow Automations and examples. Please reach out to our Support team via in-app chat or email support@pipedrive.com. They can check the execution history and understand what has been causing this.
