Bug or Feature? Issues with copying from MS-Notes

I have tried to copy paste from Microsoft Notes into the notes of a deal. I selected only text but it was added as an image. What I have to do is first copy into a notepad and then to pipedrive, then it works fine. What I would love is the option to right click and select paste options: paste as text or paste as image. Just as an idea!

    Its a MS issue.

     

    Copy the text from MS Notes into a notepad file

    then from notepad copy & paste it into pipedrive [this way all of the formatting will be gone and it will paste the text]

    Yes, like Boris said this is a MS bug. Smart Docs and SharePoint also have a lot of formatting issues.

    Thank you Andre and Boris for your answers. I don't want to be picky, but the bug does not occur when using MS products, but when using pipedrive. IIt might be that the issue stems from a bad implementation at MS side, but if anyone will ever fix this it is you. Also, if copy pasting into notepad works, why should it not be possible when copying to pipedrive? Can't you just convert to unformatted text (like notepad)?

    Anyway, I am not complaining, i just wanted to report this to help you guys make a better product. Have a nice day!

    Yeah, the integration between Pipedrive and MS products seems to be a little broken at times. There are of course a lot of limitations we still don't know from Microsoft's side.

    I have a similar issue. I want to implement a background image on a smart doc whilst connected to a onedrive storage system and as you can guess the formatting doesn't work at all.
