Can I email a prospect directly from the Contact or Organization listing?  I tried and it would not send until I manually entered their email address in the "to" field.  I thought it was supposed to dynamically fill their information in.

    Hi @Curtis Burns - You should be able to do this from both a Person (contact) and Deal as long as the email associated with the person has an email address added. Could it be that the person you were trying to email had a blank email address? Check out this 75-second video:

    Okay, I'm still just learning Pipedrive, but I assume the email will populate from a PERSON or DEAL but not an ORGANIZATION?

    I just assume that it would be just as convenient that an email would populate from an organization just as with a person.  Sometimes you have a business name but no owner, and if the org. had an email it would be just as easy if it would autopopulate instead of manually have to type it out.

    Yes, correct. That's because many people could be associated with one organization and this email function is really meant for 1:1 emailing.
