Implement Visual Alert system for Activity dates.
In our Company there are two of us that handle the Client relations, and Pipedrive has been instrumental in increasing our ability to do this.
Something that we utilize is the Contacts/Organizations Tab, where the "Last activity date" Column is Vital, to help us maintain a presence with each of our clients. As you might imagine sometimes with only two people managing the list of clients, some may be missed and the time between activities may increase.
If there was a way to implement an acceptable grace period for that column, where if the "Last activity date" was to go past 3 weeks it turned red, or some other color that draws attention, it would be very helpful. This feature would help us hold ourselves accountable to not missing a time, or even allow one of our sales team to quickly see the RED and notify us, as it stands out.
