Help needed on deal value and reporting

Hi Sales people!

I need your advice on the reporting side.

Say a customer signs now a 3 year contract: I want to know how much the client will be paying in 2022, not just the TCV (total contract value) that is shown by the Revenue forecast report. How do you get that value and how do you keep it automatically updated according to the closing date?

I need to know this because my company needs to run reports on revenue forecasts that are accurate and if the closing date gets postponed, we need to automatically see the amount we will bill in the current year (from the closing date to December 31st).

Many thanks!

I would assume you could achieve a part of this with the Subscription panel under deals.

    HI Maria,

there you can either set up individual payments (pro forma invoices eg.) or subscription based payments. So, e.g.  you can set up a payment for each year of the contract.

    Regards,

    Markus
