Filtering by column headings - like in a spreadsheet

I find the person/organization filtering a little cumbersome, with all the additional clicking steps you have to do.

A much simpler/more efficient system would be to have a dropdown at the head of each column where you can apply your filtering criteria - like in a standard spreadsheet filter.

I'd love to see this implemented.
