Hello from Istanbul, Turkey.
I want to update fields when i mark a deal lost it asks me legal type. For example i marked it Individual. I want pipedrive update empty fields based on which i marked. (legal type individual > Industry individual)
Same also, courier and no answer automation.
Can somebody help me to save time ?

I don't know what are the possible 'types', but you should be able to automate this using Make/Integromat using a single scenario.

Hi @Melih Şaştım you can likely also do this via Pipedrive Workflow automation. Trigger the action when a deal is lost and matches certain criteria (e.g. lost and "legal type" field is XXXX) and use the action "update deal" and input the field updates you would like.
