    Hi Levan!

Sadly currently the answer is no. There are some other topics about this in Community forums but haven't seen anything in the development plans about this.

It's so bad that it is a very simple and important feature.

Is there any other way to do this?

What do you want to achieve exactly?

I have several subcategories in my services and when I create a deal I need to select what services the customer needs in the deal.

I really like Pipedrive but without this feature I can't use it's in my business processes. However it's very simple and easy feature to add.

    Transportation type

     - Land

     - Air

     - Sea

If I check air it shows new field

    Transportation type 2

     - Temperature container

     - Standard container

If I check second field it shows a new field again

    Transportation type 3

     - 20'

     - 40'

     - High cube

We use several methods that Pipedrive offers such as the "labels" next to the deal name title, as well as Data fields options in the "Company Settings" in the main menu to create custom fields where you can add customizable fields (such as multiple options you can create to suit what you want so when in the deal you can choose from the dropdown such as in your case the Transportation type 1 and 2).

    Hi @Levan Gongadze ,

Here's a long-winded way of doing this, if at all you really need this.

    1. Set up separate pipelines for each transportation type.
    2. For each pipeline, have a separate custom field of type single value option that is important and/or required.
    3. For Type 1, have a custom field called 'Type 1 Options' with options Land, Air, Sea, and so on.
    4. Set up a separate custom field that combines all the options and use Pipedrive automation or Make/Integromat to clear the values in the combined field whenever the Transportation type is changed.

Not ideal, but hopefully this will work.

If you have any other questions or need further help, please don't hesitate to reach out.

    Best,

    Amit Sarda

All these solutions above are good. A combination of workflow automation and certain types of custom fields would do the trick. Sometimes workflow automation is a little bit lacking but definitely the integration mentioned above would do the trick.

Also, don't forget that you can filter people or organization based in deal fields. That allows you to create reports or pipeline views to your taste without having to create an enormous number of custom fields and duplicating the custom field types for people, orgs and deals.
At the end, it really depends on what do you want to do.

    This would really STEPUP Pipedrive!

Dependencies would allow deeper customization both in automation, deals, leads and especially people.

In our business, Certain ROLES only need certain fields to be available. Dependencies could be applied to groups, custom fields, deals and leads. DEFINITELY would streamline our process.

Another item that could help is AUTOFILL (dependencies).
