Visible Leads Indicator When Viewing (Persons/Organizations)

Hello Fellow Pipedrivers!
We are experiencing an abnormally high amount of duplicates and frustrated users. The core reason for this is that our users have no way to know if there is already an active Lead associated with a Person/Organization. This leads to people creating multiple Leads for the Person/Organization.
My suggestion is simple, change the Person/Organization Deals Widget to include associated active Leads. Allow the users to click on the Lead Link to open the current associated Lead similar to Deals.
This would create a better experience for our users, and prevent other problems such as duplicates that could have been avoided with a simple indication.
