Expanding Reporting Availability for Admins and Managers

We are limited to 150 reports per user, but are seeing a handful of users utilizing the vast majority of the report creation, while most of our users use almost no report creation and just view the dashboards that have been created for them. It would be nice to see a total number of reports in the aggregate across all users rather than a limit of 150/user.
