Native Zoom Integration
Is there plans to have a Pipedrive integration similar to the Justcall or Kixie with Zoom. To be able to access a recording of the Zoom call directly from the client or deal record would be a game changer. Right now, I have to upload it to a service I use that is like a video server and then cut and paste the link. NOt very efficient.

Can you give me a heads up of what you are planning and an ETA? I have a client that is very interested in implementing this and would love an ETA. Just ballpark is good enough

@Steven Logreira we currently have a team working on a Zoom integration. We really don't want to overpromise and under deliver and with giving timeframes and software development we enter a grey area as things sometimes take more or less time than expected. What I can tell you it's more a timing of weeks then months

Wow, great timing. My coworkers and I were just discussing PD/Zoom integration. Specifically, my question is what is the possibility of integrating Zoom attendance into PD the way emails, texts, and calls do? Zoom has attendance reports of participants but we have to produce the report and annotate they attended in PD notes (real time investment).

We know how important an integration with a tool like Zoom is for our users, especially in the current circumstances, so this is something we decided to prioritize.
Regarding the reporting, I don't have an answer for you off the top of my head but I'm going to ask the team and will let you know as soon as I hear back. If nothing else, it's a cool suggestion for them to think about.

@Rick Andstrom , Can you please briefly describe the use case? Are you referring to Zoom Webinars or just Video meetings?

Webinars. We coach dozens of clients through the VA disability process. Currently, we have assistants who take the Zoom attendance reports and manually input the clients into PipeDrive notes.

@Steven Logreira I've just checked internally and development is scheduled to be in progress for at least a month, and then testing will ensue.
We'll make sure to make noise when somethings ready to be released and we'll certainly post about it here in the Community. We know this is an especially relevant feature in the times we're living and we want to put out something solid.
