Email Tracking automated Follow up

Hi!

I'm looking to build a workflow that 
sends an email every time a lead is created —> delay 2 days —>  check if they opened the first email ——> IF yes then stop. ——> If not send a second email 


Is that possible?

    Not with Pipedrive, but should be possible with an email Marketing platform. Happy to make suggestions.

    Hi Nadim!

    This seems a bit complex for Pipedrive's automation. Depends on which Marketing platform you use, for Mailchimp you can find documentation here.

    I also will recommend a software called Outfunnel. They have a great integration between Mailchimp and Pipedrive, so you can send all of the data between programs easily. Also scores your leads and tracks website visits.
