Product code in deal export

Please add product code to the deal export. Currently, it can be quite challenging to produce a sales order in our ERP system from the present export. Ideally, other custom product fields should also be available on the deal export.

    Hi @Morten Sandahl Sørensen !

    Thank you for your feedback, we know this is indeed an issue that bothers a significant number of our users. We are working to improve the Products feature, namely the way it cross-references with other parts of Pipedrive, like the Deals list view, for example. We've made sure your feedback reaches the respective team. 

    A workaround for now would be to create a custom field in Deals where you replicate the product code information, and fetch it from there.

    Is what you are describing here something that can be automated (copying the products into custom fields and keeping them synced)?

    Hi @Jay Wealcatch ,

    I'm afraid this is not possible with our native Automations feature at the moment , but maybe with an integration like Zapier you can achieve it.

    Hi, is this issue solved? @Inês Batata 4 months ago this seemed to be crucial for useres. Have you solved it? We need to export deals with products behind to be able to calculate gross margin on deals / total. Your workaround will lead to confusion, since there won't be an automatic sum up to the total deal value in the header...

    Hi @Roland Schare. At the moment we have no news about this, as priorities and resource allocations for development have to be distributed and unfortunately not everything can be built or at least built in the near future. That being said, we appreciate your input and use it to give our teams thinking points to be considered in the future.

    If this is to happen, it would be in 2021, as per the information I have at the moment, but things can change. Thank you for your understanding.
