Removing wrong data and leaving the field blank

We're sorry to hear you're having this trouble, but it shouldn't be happening. You should be able to simply delete the data in the field and save it as blank, be it from the Contact detail view or from the respective column in the List View.
I've done some adjustments to your account from our end. Can you please clear the cache and cookies in your browser and try again?If the issue persists, I recommend you reach out to our Support team and they will help you with any additional troubleshooting necessary.
