automated an email

Can i organise an automatisation that send an email every year for a birthday? i explain, when i add a customer in my contact, i also add is birthday date. From that point when i add the date, is it possible to have an automatic email send for that precise date every year?

    Hi Philippe! 

    In this case, Pipedrive Workflow Automations are only triggered by an action (an addition, update etc). However, Zapier.com can also use Pipedrive filters as triggers and can use a filter like the Birthday field is today and automate an email using that.

    As explained by Kreete, it's not possible with Pipedrive but with Zapier yes !

    Hi all, I am also interested in this but not sure what triggers you need on zapier does anyone know how to set it up?
