Email Automation - email to be sent from user email
Hi there,
We would like to create a Sales Team Email Automation that;
- if the team members moves a deal in the pipeline
- it sends an email from that users email
At the moment, we can only do these two things;
- Create a worklow in admin that triggers for all users, but comes from admin email
or
- Create these same workflows across all sales team accounts (lots of work & hassle)
How can we solve this?
One workflow for all users, but sending the email for their email accounts.

It's a good question and the answer is no ...
You cannot send emails for other users.This is to block you because you do not have the right to communicate in place of the user himself. So you can't send emails instead in automations.

Could the user not have the option to select admin created workflows that are already made, and give their permission to use and email with.

He has to do the all workflow on his account.
To do that, you need to use Zapier or Integromat.0
