Integrate shared mailboxes

we use in outlook generic mailboxes like marketing@... and support@...

ala PD does not support shared mailboxes... yet. Unless we vote this to add to the roadmap.

Imagine what this can do for you; a generic email address used for sending emailing and receiving requests

Thank you for your feedback. We understand that a shared inbox would help a lot with different teams and we are currently exploring options for a general shared Inbox. 

We are first exploring a shared inbox for customer support. From that onwards, it will already be easier to continue this for other teams. We do not have an ETA for it, but be assured, this is feedback that we get a lot and are aware of.

We use missiveapp.com for this features we can't wait no longer. Great Tool for shared Accounts + greate pipedrive integration.

Any News about the shared Inbox?

This Feature has been asked since 2020. What about the Beta, is it still available, any results? any plans?

For us (were a software company as well), when x people ask about a feature than it will be implemented if it makes the product even better. For sure you can't implement everything customers asking for, but this is a must have for larger companies. Take a look at you're competitor F.......esk... Simple to use, just use a mail forward to the adress thats it, everybody can see the sales inbox :-)

So any news about it ? And iam not interessted paying extra fee for 3rd party tool.

Maybe i should start coding our own "shared inbox plugin" :-)

Hello, what is the status of this feature?

we migrate to office365/exchange online and on our old mailserver, we have an imap mailbox shared with multiple users and with pipedrive.

after migration to exchange online, there is no way to add an exchange online shared mailbox, because it's different from ordinary imap shared mailbox.

with imap you have:

• email adress
• login
• password

but with exchange online you have

• email adress
• password

and there is no way to tell to pipedrive to use a mailbox different from the email adress specified

Another vote here for shared mailboxes to be synced. We do not use the email feature within Pipedrive because it wouldnt allow us to do what we do without integrating shared mailboxes. So still using old BCC email option in our business

This is essential. We also want to see global mailbox settings for shared mailboxes that can be assigned via permission settings so that we can have multiple orgs in one app while keeping their respective resources separate.

yes please, make work of this. My clients use M365 groups extensively, and being able to add the connected mailboxes as extra accounts would help a lot!
