Dear Community,

It seems like, after I set up an standatized signature, it will only be attached to my mails when I draft them myself. E-mails that are being send out by a WFA have no signature. Is this ment to be like this?

My plan ist to set up WFAs which can be triggered by the whole team, sending out standartized mails with the personal signature of every employee. Is that possible? Please help!

    Hi Julian!

In case you are using the option for sending email or sending email from a template, you can select the signature to be added: https://sharing.pipedrive.com/u9JGo1 https://sharing.pipedrive.com/GTWGZL

However, the workflow automation will send out emails from the connected email address of the creator of the workflow and add also the signature of the creator. So in this case, if you want to have different signatures sent out - you still need to set up the automation under every user separately.

Thank you that helped me a lot :)

If I may ask: Will it be possible in the future, that WFAs will be build in one Account, but Mails and signatures are beeing sent out by ervery user, who triggers them, separatly?

I created a workflow to send an email but it is not sending with my signature.

@Kreete K said above that "the workflow automation will send out emails from the connected email address of the creator of the workflow and add also the signature of the creator" but it is not happening.

    What could be the reason?

I am using an adaptation of the workflow template : "Every time a lead label is updated, create an activity and send an email"

Hi @Luis Fernando Arruda de Carvalho

There is an option in Workflow automations to add/remove signature, as here.

If you have set up the signature initially and selected the option in your Workflow automation, it should include the signature. If this is not working as expected, please check with our Support team via in-app chat or email support@pipedrive.com.

Thanks @Kreete K . I realized it works if I use a template instead of writing an email. have a great day!
