For example, sometimes the client asks me to send them certain information and I want to include them in my follow up email. Since I will be only adding them to only a few of the emails from time to time, I wish there was a snippet that I could add using "#" or clicking on the list of saved snippets so they can be added to the text.

Basically, a snippet is just a short saved message that can be called and added to emails. Tools such as Intercom and Hubspot already have that feature. @Felicity Nolen

@Mo Malayeri ah, got you. I'm not sure on that one. I tend to use templates in Gmail and also use the Gmail integration with Pipedrive.
