The important fields function in Pipedrive is really nice. Has anyone found a way to create an automation to send e-mail or slack notifications where deals are missing information in those important fields? Alternatively does anyone know if it possible to create a filter to highlight where the important fields are missing? Should add that we have the important fields configured so that at an early stage a deal needs very little information but at more advanced stages more important fields are required. Thanks for any ideas/support.

    @Filipe Portela is a wizard with this, not sure if he can do everything but when he has a moment he can perhaps give you some guidance :)

    Hi Paddy! Hope you're well and safe :) 

    I have made an automation some time ago that makes fields be mandatory under certain conditions (e.g - users not being able to win deals or move them in stages until the field has been filled in).     Also the automation that you asked originally in the post, you can create something like this for example (it's similar to the mandatory fields, but instead of preventing the deal from moving further, it will send an email to the deal owner with the information you want them to see)
