Is it possible to use Pipedrive also as an Activity/Project/Task System either by implementing and CS teams? Do you have examples and good practices in that?

@Eduardo Koch could you explain a bit more what your flow would look like? Myself or the community can then make some suggestions :)

    Hi @Eduardo Koch

We use pipedrive to sell our services to our clients (mainly accountancy firms). But we also use pipedrive as our project management system. So if that is your question then we can report that this is possible yes.

Hi @Mike van der Valk and @Bert Calatz thnaks for your feedback.

We are a Sales Consulting. We use Pipedrive to sell our Sales Consulting where we help implement sales process in our clients.

After the Sales is won, we want to create other Funnels to manage the Customer Journey through our methodology processs.

We have 5 steps in our methodology.:

    1. Immersion 2. Strategy 3. Building 4. Training 5. GoLive

Each Step there are several activities where our consultants should deliver like "as is" analysis, actual sales flow, ICP definition etc.

In each step there are about 7 to 10 deliverables (activities) that our consultant should develop in call with our clients in order to improve their sales process.

We already use Pipedrive in our Sales team, and as a reseller we offer Pipedrive to our clients. But we want to create some automations that when the consultant mark each activity as done with the client, the system suggests the next activities and the whole playbook (templates, frameworks) that they should prepare or present to the client.

The idea is to orquestrate the Consultant Journey and for us, understand which stage of the 5 methodology steps our clients are, and also implement KPIs to analyse efficiency of the consultant, timeframe, scope and schedule.

@Eduardo Koch technically you could set this up. So you can create custom activities according to your process: https://support.pipedrive.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001123565-How-can-I-create-custom-activity-types-

Then a workflow can we triggered by "activity updated". Updated activities in this case can be filtered is when the status of a specific type of activity changes to "done". Then the action can be create a new activity.

So like this you can set up an automation that triggers on the marking of done of any specific activity and then you can set a specific activity to be created as follow-up. In this you can always add some specific notes as well.
