Is there a workaround to trigger an automation based on an email's subject line? For example, we reply to a new client with a subject line 'Thank you for contacting {our company name}' From this, I want to tag that client as 'Interested.' I was told by Support that this is not currently possible but it might help to post the question here.

Unfortunately not with our workflow automation feature as support said, but I'll pass on your suggestion. You can potentially try with Zapier. @Amit Sarda @Boris Tsibelman have you ever set something like this up before?
