I don't believe there is any such feature.

I would like the ability to have calculations that are hidden from non-admin users.
One way to do this would be based off the products (could input margins or costs on a product). I imagine there are other creative ways to do this.
Which way were you envisioning it?

Like @Jay Wealcatch mentioned, currently there's no way to have Pipedrive do this calculation for you, but you can create custom fields in your deals where you manually put in the profitability of the deal, the profit margin, the commission percentage for the sales person, etc.
I can also tell you that calculation fields are something that's been in our mind, especially related to Products and Deals in general, so let's see what the future brings. 🚀

I believe Pipedrive would have a LOT of work to do to make this a feature which suited everyone. And it would be complex too, with all the privacy requirements that @Jay Wealcatch touched on as well.
Personally, I would see great value in providing Deal Margin to incentivise a sales team to sell more, especially when commissions are based on profit margins.
My solution here would be to either just have a custom field into which you manually enter the margin, or even better - use Products and enter the Cost and Direct Cost of your products/services. This would allow you to use a tool such as Integromat to derive the profit margin as a %age or currency value and enter that automatically into a custom field, for example.
I have a client using the second option and it works brilliantly, also highlighting for the Sales team exactly how much their commission would be.
