New Lead Feauture
Would it be possible to convert deals into leads...and also i would like to have a visibility per user , because at the moment my team can see each other's leads.

We're starting to roll out the Leads Inbox feature to all users today. Among other things, it will allow to create Leads and convert them to Deals - see how it works here.
In our plans for the future we also have the reverse operation (converting Deals to Leads), which we are working on, so stay tuned!
