Do you want the ability to select a bunch of emails and link them to a deal from the email screen. currently you have to go int each email and link to a deal assuming the automatic link did not work.

Currently it's only possible to link an email message to one deal at a time, and you can do that either by doing any of these things:
- in Tools and Apps > Email Sync > Automatic linking to deals > Automatically link emails with deals
- when sending out an email, use the Deal-Specific Smart BCC you can find in the deal's detail view:
